The Second Battle of Victoria was an engagement between the various human factions that inhabited the colony of Victoria and the Created. In the immediate aftermath of Cortana and the Created's attack on October 28th that shut down communications and electronic infrastructure all across the various colony worlds, Victoria was thrown into chaos. The rebels, led by Colonel Nathaniel Wright, seeing the chaos as a perfect opportunity to retake the planet, began conquering outlying settlements, gathering recruits as they prepared to move towards Agley.
