PvP Combat Rating is a statistic possessed by player characters representing the overall power of their PvP equipment. The PvP Combat Rating is calculated by averaging the item levels of all of a player's equipped items. It very much works like the (PvE) combat rating. Modding will not increase a player's PvP CR. Prefab Mods were introduced for PvP gear.
