Rancor souffle was a dish favored by Ambrose Ius. It was created by shoving a rancor's eyeballs up its nose, which was then chopped into ten pieces and wrapped in ten tooke skins. This was then beaten with a piece of wood until it turned into a green goo, which meant it was done. Ambrose believed that eating rancor souffle helped him connect to the Force.
