Octopi (タコ, Tako) are a species of villager in the Animal Crossing series. They have multiple long tentacles as legs and two more tentacles as arms. There are only four octopus villagers so far. Octavian is the only octopus to appear in every game in the series. In fact, Octavian was the only Octopus in the series until Dōbutsu no Mori e+. There are no peppy, snooty, uchi, or smug octopuses. Another interesting detail is that no two octopi villagers have the same personality type.
