The ARZ series is a line of solid body electric guitar models produced by Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. The series was introduced in 2011. The ARZ models are similar to the ART series, but features 24-fret necks and more features suitable for heavy music. Like the ART series, it is based on the classic Ibanez Artist model, but has a single cutaway body shape with a pointed lower horn. As of now, four different ARZ models have been issued: the ARZ700 and ARZ800 featuring active EMG pickups, the more affordable ARZ400 and the seven-string ARZ307.
