Rasmussen Tower was one of the most luxurious residential and commercial buildings in the city of Mendel on the planet Mesa. It had at least 468 floors. It was hit by a nuclear blast disguised as an Audubon Ballroom terrorist attack in 1922 PD. The attack was actually carried out by the Mesan Alignment as part of Operation Houdini. (CS3)
