Martin Reggio was a Marine Private First Class associated with First Sergeant Ryan Downing's unit who was accidentally shot dead by members of the LVM. Jose Silva who was with Reggio held the Marine as Reggio slowly died from his injuries. Consumed by nothing but the thought of revenge, Silva attempted to go to the meeting to kill the members but Downing found out and yanked Silva's leave, restricting his leave and going to the meeting in his place before dying as well.
