The Brother is an unlockable video featured in Ghost of Sparta. Unlocked through purchase from the Temple of Zeus, it reveals after the abduction of Deimos, brother to Kratos, he was taken by Ares to Death's Domain, where he was tortured by Thanatos, the God of Death. The hope that his brother, Kratos, would rescue him kept Deimos alive, but as years passed, his hope was replaced by feelings of bitterness and vengeance, and stayed alive in the hopes of battling and punishing Kratos, the very brother who abandoned him.
