Esteban Revilla is the leader of the Revilla drug cartel, stretching from Colombia to Miami to New York. Working with his brother, Miguel Revilla, they are successful in freezing or killing off all competition, as well as the DEA agents who try to stop them. In New York, Esteban attempted to scare off Jimmy Borges, Crockett and Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs, including sending shooters to kill them, but were unsuccessful, and when Crockett and Tubbs stole their shipment and blew up their warehouse, Esteban demanded to deal with them. They met to close a deal, but Esteban and his men began shooting at Crockett, Tubbs, and Valerie Gordon, and Esteban ran to a waiting helicopter. Crockett tracked him down and began firing at the chopper, disabling its' engines and causing it to crash into flames, killi
