Criminals were a NPC's available during the Superheroes 2015 Event. They appeared on the streets of the player and their neighbors' Springfields.They gave event currency to get prizes. Tapping them, yielded Carbon Rods during Issue 1, Pie Bombs on Issue 2, and Freeze Rays during Issue 3. Additionally, they had 20% chance to drop Arbitrarium and once The Collector Pt. 3 a 10% chance to drop Lockpicks was added.
