The sphere's healing speed is dependant on the chakra molded into the technique. Large amounts of chakra will heal a target in seconds while little chakra will heal wounds much slower. The user must as well be immobile and focused while performing the jutsu, unless they are the one being healed. Also, the sphere can only take so much damage until it bursts and leaves the dazed target exposed to attack.
