Secret Agent P has defeated many threats to humanity. One day he has been sent undercover as a mindless domestic pet, under the care of a 10 year old boy named Phineas Flynn. With his sidekick Pinky the Chihuahua, he must investigate the motives of a mysterious school teacher, Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
