Carga 'Assassin' Tarom is the head of the Tarom Lineage. He was one of the first Machina to go into Kig-Yar Union territory and settle there. He and his followers' actions were vital to have the xenophobic Kig-Yar accept the Machina into their society. He personally laid the first plans on the Kig-Yar Point Defence Barrier.
