Physically, Drew Jr. is a hybrid of Drew and Barney, having the head of Drew with an elongated nose and the body of Barney. He is the third of Drew's children alongside his bisexual daughter Angelica and Screw Pickles. At the end of his debut video, Pube Muppet was seen spying on them through binoculars on a rooftop. He proceeded to tell Pube Jason about how they could potentially kidnap him for Satisfaction, and then proceeded to return to the Pubic Family to tell them about the plan.
