Seikichi Mochizuki (望月 清吉 Mochizuki Seikichi) is the grandfather of Hiroshi Mochizuki and the father of Doctor Mochizuki. A scientist like his son, albeit a harmless and benign one, he took care of his grandson following the Doctor's disappearance.
