Fats Caruso ( - October 2, 1993) was a NASCAR driver from Shrewsburg, MA. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career. Caruso debuted in 1966, racing at Oxford. Starting 11th in the field of twenty-seven, Caruso had mid-race mechanical failure but still managed to record a respectable 16th place effort. Caruso was unfortunately unable to improve in his other race, competing again at Oxford in 1967. Starting 20th in the field, Caruso had a wheel issue near the one-hundred lap mark and finished 23rd.
