The unnamed Hot Rod Driver was a man who cut off Jax Teller and Chibs, resulting in the latter "spilling his beer". At the time, he appeared to be racing another driver in a Mitsubishi Spider. Jax and Chibs spot the man at a gas station, deciding to "pay him a visit" for what happened earlier.
