what u do is u type /kneel in front of the person(male or female),click on that person,and open up ur inventory, click on a ring and when it says propose unity to(Name here) click it and it will send a message to that person, and if they click Yes than u 2 r instantly married. (Note that 2 guys and or 2 girls can get married)
