Tommy was one of the gangsters at the beginning of the Season 6 episode The Down Low. He was portrayed by actor Preston James Hillier. Tommy was the gangster who pulled his gun during the negotiations. When Mickey got into a struggle with him, he fired it, which caused Mickey to collapse, but he had actually shot himself in the foot.
