Kirsemal was a rare spruce originally native to cold island forests, later cultivated. It was shorter than most spruces, rarely exceeding 20' tall, and had blue-green needles which grew in clusters of five. A tea brewed from kirsemal bark (the soft inner part) contained a powerful combat stimulant which tripled the duration of all Adrenal Moves for one hour, or longer.
