Cobalt Mage Perceval is a NPC that has a chance to spawn in the Hollow Caverns. When talking to him there is a small chance that he will reward the player with Perceval's Wand. More often, he will give a Glob of Aether, a World Fragment, a Credit, a piece of Ashen Dust, or sometimes a Mystery Gift or an Ion Ticket.
