Kill Rathalos. It's rather rare. Your best bet is Either doing the later Guild hall missions that have Rathalos in them, or the Elder mission troublesome pair. Break both wing claws, his face, and cut off his tail, also prepare a pitfall trap and tranq bombs because I've noticed that the craves you get from a dead monster tend to be different and fewer thatn what you get when you capture the monster.
