Majority of the time, most people are highly incapable of manipulating and channeling energy through these eight main tenketsu in the manner that they want to, as these tenketsu are normally closed and off limits for the user. As a result, their energy must flow in a specific direction to reach the external world in the state and shape that the user intended for it to be. However, if one learns to master and gain excellent control over their tenketsu then they can channel chakra through these tenketsu, which then leads everywhere throughout the body, allowing for the user to release surges of chakra into the external realm quickly and in any shape they wish, granting a multitude of possibilities.
