The Rifle Training Hall is an upgrade building in Bloons Monkey City Mobile. It is required to research the upgrades for the Sniper Monkey and is exclusive to it. In the flash version, the Sniper Monkey is upgraded using the Gun Training Hall, which is also used to upgrade the Dartling Gun.
