Mister Frost is an inventor and business man based in Santa Marta, California. He specializes in virtual reality technology. He is an albino, so his appearance matches his name and even cold personality. His company produces a neural transmitter capable of creating convincing virtual illusions. He then tests his technology on The Flash, so to prove to his customers of its effectiveness. Mister Frost uses the illusions to lead The Flash into a trap, using his death a promotional tool. However, the Flash defeated Mister Frost, but so far his whereabouts are unknown.
