The user flash creates a barrage of shuriken made of aerodynamic ice from the palm of their hands. Due to how quickly the shuriken are created, the shuriken being launched at all directions and their speed makes them nearly impossible to evade without getting hit which can cause serious damage. Despite the shuriken being made of ice, they are extremely fire resistant.
