The Vagrant was House's fellow prisoner in the holding cells at the beginning of the Season 3 episode Que Sera Sera. He was portrayed by actor Alan Frazier. The Vagrant had a fondness for the Paul Anka song "You're Having My Baby" and sang the first stanza non-stop which annoyed House enough to call for assistance and release.
