Rakkaryu (Literally Fall Dragon) is an advanced jutsu utilizing leaves. Two leaves enlarge to a massive size, and curl up together, forming the locked jaws of a dragon. They then waft open, and expel a massive torrent of smaller, sharp, burning hot leaves, which swells to engulf the enemy on all sides. When the leaves have burned to crisps, they stick to the opponent, leeching their chakra until detached.
