Sarah Louise Heath Palin (born February 11, 1964) is a well known adult film star and entrepeneur who has been called the world's most famous porn star and "The Queen of Porn". She started acting in erotic films in 1989, with husband Todd, after having been a beauty pagent queen and stripper. She has won numerous adult film awards and has worked with such other adult film stars as Mariah Carey and Cindy Hensley, but is perhaps best known for the controversy that sparked after being the first woman to conceive a child on film. Famous evangelical minister Larry Flynt has called her the "Devil's Concubine", because of her relationship with porn mogul Bill Clinton, a title with which she says she embraces.
