President Allan is the first President of the Scottish SSR, a separatist democratic socialist republic in central Scotland. As leader of the Scottish Socialist Labour Party, he led the revolution of 26–28 January 2009 which resulted in the formation of the Scottish SSR. He also served as We Are Perth Army Minister of Foreign Affairs.
