Credit Card Captain (CCC) is a negative term which is used to describe players who are perceived to have obtained their rank and wealth solely through the purchase of considerable quantities of doubloons despite a lack of perceived skill. As such, players who do possess and have demonstrated significant amounts of skill but also purchase larger than average quantities of doubloons are usually exempted from this description.
