Harold Bill (born September 18, 1981 age 32) is a background character in SpongeBob SquarePants. He is mean, evil and insults everyone. He is usually hanging around daily at the Krusty Krab. He hates all good people and complains about people doing silly things. Harold was actually a former member of ISIS. He's just that evil, no one knows why. He's usually seen with an angry face despite The Krusty Krab Training Video episode. He likes crushing his enemies and acting like a jerk to them.
