Black Mountain Radio, also known as Radio Free Utobitha or the Utobithian News Channel, is broadcast from a radio station in Fallout: New Vegas. You can follow the signal to the top of Black Mountain where you will find the Broadcast building. It is run by Tabitha, who takes on the persona of Rhonda (the name of her broken Mister Handy companion), interviewing herself as "Best Friend Tabitha". She describes various sects of the super mutant Population, talks of the short-comings of the human race, and the wonders of the centaur. It is, for the most part, a propaganda station for the State of Utobitha.
