Mark Hanlon is a Scottish video game programmer, functionality tester: Babel Media, and coder and voice actor who provide the voice of Love Fist member Willy in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which he worked on it as a programmer and also worked on Grand Theft Auto III as a coder.
