He is a muckyawful creature of the universe but is still one of the greatest of them all. He is mentioned everywhere in dominated secrecy, so it is impossible to actually hear word of Mr. Cat, even though word IS heard of Mr. Cat. Mr. Cat prefers tomatoes to potatoes, which is a leading factor in the extinction of potatoes.
