The episode begins with the Monarch thinking back to the aftermath of the battle with the Phantom Limb. He recalls the last words Dr. Girlfriend said to him, which pertain to the dark secret she revealed, after they presumably consummated their marriage. However, he's forced to focus on the battle at hand as he and Dr. Girlfriend struggle against the Guild of Calamitous Intent's killer robots, SlaughterBots.
