Both Fire Emblem games in the field managed to win a match, and both of them went out in round 2 and managed to avoid getting killed. They also both partly exposed the games they went up against. I know Fire Emblem did respectably in the series contest, but let's not kid ourselves into thinking the majority of that series' strength comes from Smash Bros. The games on their own aren't very strong, so for KOTOR to struggle for a time to get over 60% (the morning vote was much kinder to it than the overnight vote) was a pretty bad performance. It more or less killed any hope of a KOTOR > FF9 upset, even during a day match when western games are getting a lot more respect on this site.
