Saatha (commonly known as Lowly Saatha) was a particular cunning Setite during the days of Rome. Disguised as a slave boy, he infiltrated the Imperial Court and encouraged various Emperors to act on their vices, having been blamed for the excesses of Nero, Caligula and Caracalla. As he was ready to lower himself on even the deepest level of humanity, something his Cainite rivals would deem to shameful to attempt, he was able to excert influence where they failed.
