Abzû, also stylised as ABZÛ, is an adventure simulation game developed by Giant Squid Studios and published by 505 Games for PlayStation 4 and Windows. First announced in E3 2014, the game was directed by Matt Nava and composed by Austin Wintor. The game was released on August 2, 2016. The game is an underwater swimming simulator focusing on the peaceful atmosphere of the ocean and interactions between the player and ocean life. While the environments are intended to be explored, it follows a linear pathway.
