Lazarus Librarus is the owner and storekeeper of Arcana Archives, a shop which sells magic-related items such as scrolls and potions. He can be first found in Saradush, but he doesn't sell anything until his spellbook is recovered. Lazarus is one of the few people who survives the destruction of Saradush by Yaga-Shura's army and the annihilation of the Bhaalspawn gathered thereand any other unfortunate civilian. He then moves to Amkethran, where he continues to sell the same items.
