Force Grapple Leap is an extra in Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. When turned on, it makes every single Jedi and Sith in the game able to use grapple points. When you use a grapple point with a Jedi/Sith, they will leap to its endpoint. CPUs have no knowledge of this extra.
