Put into service shortly after the Autumn Heavy Cruiser, it is a modification continuing the effort to build a better version of the ship before it. The Reach Heavy Cruiser is a last ditch effort to create a perfect acting flagship for smaller fleets. So far more than a dozen Reach Cruisers have been constructed and launched and continue to serve as an acting back bone to most fleets in UNSC fleets across the galaxy.
