Earth Orbital Control, also referred to as Orbital Flight Control, was a Federation base that oversaw all incoming and outgoing ship activity of Earth's orbit. Upon returning to 24th century Earth, Quark's Treasure was contacted by Earth Orbital Control, offering assistance to the disabled Ferengi shuttle, after it had apparently appeared out of nowhere. They later dispatched a ship to tractor the shuttle to a docking facility. (DS9: "Little Green Men")
