Vladi is a mentioned character in the novel Final Destination: Dead Reckoning. He is a cab driver who works during the day while his partner Steve works during the night. Before checking out, Vladi would always leave his keys in his taxi cab and Steve would always use his taxi instead of his own during his night shifts, in case his own car was totaled. Steve even managed to convince Vladi that thieves were breaking into the station at night and stealing the gas from his car, which cost him greatly. One night, shortly after the Club Kitty accident, Vladi's car was badly damaged in a motorcycle explosion after Steve once again used his car for his job at night. It can be assumed that Steve had to pay for the expenses after it was towed away.
