Outsider can throw various weapons, the thrown weapons increasing in power every turn. It counters physical attacks by throwing a Shuriken and magic attacks by throwing a Fuma Shuriken, both of which are powerful. Their special attack, Dispatch, instantly kills its target. As it is a physical attack, it ignores protection from the Safety Bit and Memento Ring, which guard against magical Death. The Outsider uses Dispatch against itself on its sixth turn.
