USS Cheyenne (CL-117) was a planned Fargo-class light cruiser of the United States Navy. She was laid down at the Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company shipyard in Newport News, Virginia on 29 May 1944. With the end of World War II imminent, construction was canceled on 12 August 1945 and the Cheyenne was later scrapped.
