Frederick Bennington was a Grayson citizen and engineer. Around 1907 PD, he served as the chief of procurement for Grayson Sky Domes, Ltd., and recovered the records of the materials used for the crystoplast dome above the Winston Mueller Middle School. He checked everything that went to the site and compared expenditures in every category, but did not find anything suspicious. (HH5)
