They are under the direct command of the Sanctum and employ differnet methods to take out enemys. Their commanding officers include : Liutenant Colonel Jihl Nabbat, Colonel Yaag Rosch. Without any rules or laws stoping them they can do whatever they want to acomplish their missions, include firing on innocent civilans. Despite their threatning apperance, many of their membes are not experinced and can be beaten easily by trained fighters. However thier elites are cold blooded and their heavy weapons and transport make up for this.
