The Mithril Plate Mail top is a plate mail top that is weaker than the Adamantite Plate Mail top but stronger than the Black Plate Mail top. It can be exchanged for a Mithril Plate Mail Body and vice-versa by using the item to convert on Thrander in south-eastern Varrock. The Mithril Plate Mail top can be purchased at Zenesha's Plate Mail Shop in East Ardougne, near the bank. It can only be worn by female characters with a defense level of 20 or higher.
