The presidential election of 2008 in Nova Norway marks a milestone in Novian political history, as this was the first presidential election in the region's history. It was the second time the Novian people elected its leader directly, first time being in the Prime Minister election of March 2007. Skatval won the election with 4/7 votes (57,14%).
